I have a treat for you today. These are possibly the best brownies I have ever made and I couldn’t think of a better day to share it with you than on a cool spring day like this one. Brownies have got to be a universal favourite right? Who can say no to a rich, decadent chocolate bar that is crying out to be devoured. If you’re not a brownie lover – firstly something must be seriously wrong with you and secondly just try these and you’ll be hooked 🙂
These brownies are sooooo devilishly good! It is not one of those chewy ones, rather a dense, moist and fudgy one that is made from pure dark chocolate (I used 70%). There is no flour or even cocoa powder in this recipe. Instead I used hazelnut meal. I really love the combination of chocolate and hazelnuts – it’s a winning combination in my books.
I was rather surprised at how easy these brownies came together. I melted the butter and chocolate together and once cooled I simply threw in the rest of the ingredients and voila the batter was done! A simple recipe for a decadent dessert that will have everyone wanting for more
These brownies are best eaten with a dollop of ice cream and tastes even better the next day. Simply irresistible and perfect for all you chocoholics 😛
